How to delete all your X posts and start fresh

X has no button that deletes everything at once. You can still clear your posts and replies and keep your handle, your followers and the accounts you follow.

What X gives you for free

1. Download your X archive first if you want a copy. Deleted posts cannot be brought back. See the archive guide.
2. Open your profile and go to the Posts tab. Open the ⋯ menu on each post and pick Delete.
3. Go to the Replies tab and do the same for your replies.
4. For reposts, tap the repost icon on each one and pick Undo repost.
5. Deactivating your account also removes everything, but you lose your handle and followers. Only do that if you truly want a new account.
