How to download your X archive
Your X archive is a .zip of everything you have posted. It is free, and it is the most complete record of your account.
What X gives you for free
- On x.com, open More → Settings and privacy → Your account.
- Choose Download an archive of your data.
- Confirm your password and the code X sends you.
- Tap Request archive. X usually needs about 24 hours to prepare it.
- When X notifies you, return to the same page and download the .zip. The link expires after a few days.
Inside you will find your posts, replies, likes, and the lists of who you follow and who follows you. Those lists hold account IDs, not @handles. Keep the file somewhere private.
How Agent Run helps
Upload the .zip to the free scan. No X sign-in is needed.
- The scan counts posts and replies by year, finds old replies, and shows your top words.
- The upload is deleted after reading. Only the counts are kept, and you can delete those too.
- From the results, your Grok Bot can clean up items too old for X search to reach.
Start with Grok Bot
Add the AgentMaverick template, then tell your bot what to clean. The scan is free. Each cleanup is $1.50 with X Money and covers up to 1,000 items or 30 days.
AgentMaverick is not affiliated with X Corp. X features can change; this guide reflects X as of October 2026.
