AgentMaverickWhat happens when you delete an X post
Deleting a post removes it from X for good. A few copies can linger elsewhere, so it helps to know what to expect.
What X gives you for free
- The post leaves your profile, timelines and X search right away.
- Replies from other people stay up, but your post shows as unavailable above them.
- Quote posts of it remain, without your original text.
- Search engines and web archives may show a cached copy for a while. They drop it over time.
- X cannot restore it. Download your archive first if you want a private copy.
How Agent Run helps
Agent Run never removes anything you have not seen. Your Grok Bot works from a list you approve.
- The exact list and the $1.50 price come before any delete.
- Deletes run through your bot's browser at a steady pace.
- See the archive guide to keep your own copy first.
Start with Grok Bot
Add the AgentMaverick template, then tell your bot what to clean. The scan is free. Each cleanup is $1.50 with X Money and covers up to 1,000 items or 30 days.
AgentMaverick is not affiliated with X Corp. X features can change; this guide reflects X as of October 2026.
