Pakistan's military says it is "cautiously optimistic" about mediating between the US and Iran, but warns of "powerful spoilers," after army chief Asim Munir's second trip to Tehran this month.

Same day, a Treasury report says the US blockade is crippling Iran's economy, and UKMTO says another vessel was struck south of Iran's Lavan Island.

Brent still settled at $117.64. Oil isn't pricing peace yet.
